We have obtained the above personal data from you ourselves, or obtained from public registers – such as the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce or other open sources.

We process the personal data for these reasons
We only process your personal data where we are allowed to do so by law and for the purposes described below have described. In all cases, the data is necessary for the execution of the agreement and partly for our legal administration obligation.

Performance of the agreement
We use all data to be able to execute the agreement and to be able to contact you about it and arrange a to send an invoice. We will delete data that we do not need for invoicing when you or your company are no longer a customer with us. We will delete contact details as soon as we know that person is no longer employed by the company. Invoicing
If you have given us an order, we will process the data necessary for the execution of that order. When paying, we will also see from which account this comes and who the account holder is. We keep quotations, invoices and payment details for 8 years.
